Returns
Due to the nature of our bath, body, and wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is approved.
